Until now, contacts were mostly notified when a protocol went overdue. This update adds optional early visibility and better control over when contact awareness should start.

How Does Contact-Side Protocol Tracking Work?

Until now, emergency contacts were only notified when something went wrong. This release adds earlier visibility and better contact-side understanding without changing your core alert logic.

• Launch notification (optional). Choose whether contacts are notified when a protocol starts, not only when confirmation is missed.
• Live status visibility. Contacts can follow countdown progress and current protocol state without waiting for manual updates.
• Protected contact access. Status pages are access-controlled so only intended contacts can view protocol progression details.
